Frequently Asked Questions:

Classes are held in my home, located in Leander, Texas.
Classes require a minimum number of two (2) students for Sewing Classes. If the minimum is not met SCSS may cancel class or reschedule. You will be notified of any changes or cancellations and/or refunds.
If the weather is bad, please call ahead and verify that your class will be held. If cancelled, make-up class will be scheduled.
Private classes are offered at $60 for each 2-hour class. Please contact Savvy Chix Studio for scheduling.

Class fee is due at the time of registration. Preferred payments through Venmo. Direct payment through Venmo (@Ann-Packard-1); Zelle (385-439-2461) or cash accepted.
Sewing machines and sewing supplies (scissors, pins, rulers, etc.) are provided for in class.
Fabric and notions provided by student.
Students need to wash hands and arms thoroughly before coming to class, and have hair tied back.
If you own cats and dogs - please wear a clean top. The instructor is highly allergic - thank you!
There are no make-ups or refunds for missed classes.
If a student gives 48-hour notice that they are unable to attend class, or they are sick – a makeup class will be provided. *One make up class offered per session
Summer Sewing Camps – no refunds or make up classes.
Only paid students may attend class. Please do not ask to bring guests or your children to class.

Refund (minus 10%) if class cancelled 7 days before class begins.
Class credit given up to 24-hours before class begins. Good for only 30 days.
No refund or credits will be given on the day class begins or after.
If Savvy Chix Sewing Studio cancels class, full refund will be issued.
Summer Camp Classes – no refunds or make up classes will be offered unless Savvy Chix Sewing Studio has canceled class.

Savvy Chix Sewing Studio is not handicap accessible. Classes are held in my home.
If student/child has learning disabilities, please contact Savvy Chix Sewing Studio in advance, to discuss options that will best work for your child before enrolling in class. We want to make this an enjoyable experience for all.
